Line Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Line Coordinator you'll play a pivotal part on our production team. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming product shipments.

Duties include, but are not limited to, inspecting and cross referencing all incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments until outgoing order requests. Responsible for managing inventory and notifying appropriate parties if stock levels are low or not enough is available for fulfillment of shipping order. This position involves working with aircraft parts and is subject to FAA 145 regulations.

This position contributes to our vision by:

-Responsible for proper accounting the location of incoming goods
-Responsible for assuring damaged items are not sent or received
-Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the
-products in each delivery match the packing list
-Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
-Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary
-Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory; inspecting products for damage and defects
-Responsible for examining incoming shipments
-Support the organization of the warehouse space, receiving, and unloading incoming inventory items
-Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying
-Communicate with the Leadership team regarding business needs to secure resources needed to satisfy client demands and ensure delivery and/or implementation.

-Ensure warehouse area is clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment.

- Must be able to perform as a backup supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Must be able to work 2nd shift 2:30pm - 11pm

Education:

High School diploma/Associates degree from a recognized institution

Experience:

minimum of 3 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent professional experience. Does require fluent communication in English language. Previous supervisory experience. Computer

Skills:

• Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic Other

Skills:

• Knowledge of work order generation and stockroom kit pull operations
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, inventory control, purchasing, stockroom operations and shipping/receiving
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO
