Position: Assembler I

Position Summary

Assemble and test parts within the marine product line.

Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Be able to assemble very complex assemblies accurately.
  • Be able to work with various hand tools safely.
  • Be able to read blueprints.
  • Be able to utilize test equipment effectively and safely.
  • Be able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Assist other team members as needed based on team and production needs.
  • Be able to read, decipher and understand basic assembly prints.
  • Be able to use time clock and computer programs as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months of experience in manufacturing
Conditions of Employment

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
  • Pay Range: $20/hr to $26/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
