Industrialization Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Industrialization Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Carson, CA. Ideally looking for applicants with hands‑on 3D printing expertise who can lead aerospace cabin industrialization, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive efficient production from design to deployment.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Location:
Carson, CA (Onsite)

Job Duration: 06 months contract

• Lead industrialization of aerospace cabin components, including 3D printing / additive manufacturing processes from concept to production
• Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows, BOMs, cycle times, and line setup for cost-effective production
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration (Design, Manufacturing, Tooling) to implement DFMA, Lean, and process improvements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering with experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing)
• Hands‑on exposure to production line setup, CNC/composites, and Lean tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen)
• Strong skills in process optimization, project management, and CAD tools (AutoCAD or similar)
