Graco Roberts is seeking an RF Manufacturing Manager to lead Resin Formulation manufacturing operations in Carson, CA. This role drives production performance through operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong people leadership.

The RF Manufacturing Manager translates business strategy into execution—leading teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs while fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee development.

• Lead, coach, and supervise manufacturing teams; set goals, manage workloads, and drive performance
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Manage production schedules, labor, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand and business goals
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, capacity optimization, and capital investment initiatives
• Champion a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and QMS requirements
• Develop talent through training, coaching, and mentorship while promoting Graco Roberts’ values and high‑performance culture
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
