Job Overview
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Pay rate: $20.00-$27.00/hour DOE.

Responsibilities- Operate and set up CNC machines (e.g., Okuma Milling machines).
- Inspect own work using various inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
- Understand feeds, speeds, and surface finishes related to blueprint requirements.
- Apply basic CNC G‑codes and M‑codes.
- Make minor adjustments to CNC programs and tool offsets.
- Incorporate lean practices into daily activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement teams.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with CNC milling and mill/turn machines.
- Ability to read, write English, and perform basic math.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
