Set‑up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, turning, grinding, and milling. Accept and reject First Article Inspections, identify non‑conformances, and correct dimensions as needed. This role requires strong experience with tolerances and the use of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Additionally, you will be responsible for CNC set‑up, CNC troubleshooting, and editing CNC programs using M‑Codes and G‑Codes, monitoring tooling and working with stainless steel and aluminum.

• Set‑up and operate CNC machines for drilling, turning, grinding, and milling.
• Perform and accept or reject First Article Inspections.
• Identify non‑conformances and correct dimensions as needed.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• Set‑up and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Edit CNC programs using M‑Codes and G‑Codes.
• Monitor tooling and ensure proper operation.
• Work with stainless steel and aluminum materials.

• CNC machining.
• Experience with Okuma mills and lathes.
• Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to perform CNC set‑up and troubleshooting.
• Experience with 3‑axis machining.
• Editing CNC programs with G‑Codes and M‑Codes.
• First Article Inspection.
• Dimensional inspections.
• Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum.

• Ability to perform supervisor duties in the absence of the supervisor.
• Train new employees.
• Prepare work orders.
• Experience with CMMS.
• manual mill experience.

The pay range for this position is $37,440.00 – $58,240.00 per year.
