Material Handler

Basic Qualification

* Hish School Diploma or GED

* A minimum of 3 years of material handling experience

* Must be able to obtain an in-house mobile equipment certification, including use of forklift and boom lift

* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience as a forklift operator

Role and Responsibilities:

* Moves material around the shop, following orders from leads, supervisors and managers.

* Supports production flow working with multiple departments.

* Pulls material for customer orders.

* Fills out all paperwork required to complete orders.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

* Manage inventory of crates, pallets, or other shipping materials.

* Operate forklifts and side loaders following all safety requirements on a daily basis.

* Manage inventory of crates, pallets, or other shipping materials.

* Ensures all incoming and outgoing materials are traceable, damage free and are handled in a safe manner to preserve the quality of the product..

* Responsible for verification of all incoming supply shipments to ensure correct delivery.

* Perform other tasks as assigned.
