Food Quality Technician | 3rd Shift

Job Description:

• Production Line Audits:
  Monitoring the production floor to ensure all operations strictly comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Product & Environmental Testing:
  Conducting diverse routine tests, including:
  • Physicochemical testing:
    Checking pH levels, moisture levels.
  • Sensory evaluation:
    Testing product flavor, color, texture, and aroma.
  • Pre-operational swabs:
    Verifying that equipment is microbiologically clean before lines start up.
• Documentation:
  Accurately logging test results, maintaining batch records, and immediately reporting any out-of-spec data to production leads.
• Instrument Calibration:
  Calibrating thermometers, scales, and lab equipment daily to guarantee flawless readings.
