Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Production Line Audits:
Monitoring the production floor to ensure all operations strictly comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. - Product & Environmental Testing:
Conducting diverse routine tests, including:- Physicochemical testing:
Checking pH levels, moisture levels. - Sensory evaluation:
Testing product flavor, color, texture, and aroma. - Pre-operational swabs:
Verifying that equipment is microbiologically clean before lines start up.
- Physicochemical testing:
- Documentation:
Accurately logging test results, maintaining batch records, and immediately reporting any out-of-spec data to production leads. - Instrument Calibration:
Calibrating thermometers, scales, and lab equipment daily to guarantee flawless readings.
