Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Follows daily line assignment as directed by department lead and/or line lead.
• Uses simple tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Loads, packs, and seals product into cases and palletizes as required.
• Performs job tasks in adherence to safety instructions and rules.
• Has the ability to function in a high‑paced environment and interact cordially with co‑workers.
• Reports all issues and problems to Supervisor.
• Follows all safety procedures and participates in safety training, including stretching and hand exercises.
• Reports any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.
• Performs area housekeeping as required.
• Performs only job functions that they have been trained on and fully understand.
• Is punctual, on time, and adheres to company attendance policies; regular attendance is an essential job function.
• May perform other duties as assigned and may be moved between production areas and assignments as needed.

• Pants must be free of holes or rips.
• No profane or suggestive texts and images.
• Closed‑toe and non‑slip footwear only.
