Salary: $20.00 per hour (base)

• Perform transactions in Shop‑Trak, providing updates on project status, material movements, and scrap for all assembly and packing operations.
• Collect parts and supplies; inventory tools, parts, and supplies, and resupply as needed.
• Use hand tooling efficiently to carry out assembly and packing operations while adhering to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Identify product defects and report necessary nonconformances to Senior Production Associate, Supervisor, or Quality Inspector.
• Perform reworks or repairs in accordance with industry best practices or engineering instructions.
• Coordinate movement of assembled parts or products to the next operation.
• Prepare, assemble, package, and label completed projects for shipping.
• Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies.
• Complete work to meet production and schedule requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain equipment and work areas; clean and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Computer skills and basic knowledge of personal computers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including wearing PPE, handling dust, heat, and unconditioned spaces, and working on stairs and uneven surfaces.
• Availability to work off‑shift hours to support plant initiatives.
• Proficiency in core production roles demonstrated within 90 days of hire.

• Regularly talk and hear.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Use hand‑eye coordination, grasp, manipulate, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs and occasionally more than 100 lbs with mechanical assistance.
• Maintain distance and color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Work in variable weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.

• Manufacturing setting with dust, noise, and temperature extremes.
• Warehouse areas require PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, steel‑toe boots, and fall protection.
• Occasional office tasks may involve standard office equipment and do not require PPE.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Cal OSH 10 (preferred).
• OSHA Forklift Certification (preferred).
• CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred).
