Production Packager

Express Employment of Long Beach is hiring Production Packagers for a great local company. This is a great position for an individual with great attention to detail and accuracy.

Location:

Wilmington

Pay: $19/Hr.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 4:00am - 1:30pm, with lots of overtime

Responsibilities:

Fill packaging containers and palletize cases
Operate filling equipment in a safe manner.
Follow written and verbal instructions and company specifications
Maintain established standards of productivity & quality
Set up and break down production machinery as needed
Adhere to all safety procedures including the use of PPE
Keep production areas clean by performing housekeeping tasks as necessary

Skills:

Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills
Basic computer literacy required
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Lift up to 50 pounds
Steel toe shoes
HS diploma or GED
Work in a chemical manufacturing environment
