The Machinist Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the production process by independently operating and setting up CNC machines, manual lathes, and mills to manufacture metalworking and mixed material parts. This position requires coordination with the Production Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager while handling materials such as plastics and metals. The operator is responsible for maintaining product quality, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and safety compliance.

• Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Handle materials including plastics and metals safely and efficiently
• Interpret blueprints for precise machining operations
• Monitor production processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
• Keep accurate production and maintenance records
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Participate actively in continuous improvement efforts

• Entry-level experience in machining
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with CNC and manual machining techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and quality control
