We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence and align our marketing efforts across current and future companies under the AMPAM umbrella.
Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance and unify the AMPAM brand across multiple companies. This role requires overseeing website management, social media channels, presentations, and collateral materials to ensure consistent and compelling messaging. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in aligning internal product offerings and creating a structured framework for both internal and external communications, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across diverse market segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies to align the brand identity across all companies within the AMPAM portfolio.
- Manage and optimize corporate websites and social media platforms to enhance digital presence and engagement.
- Create, update, and distribute marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to different customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and promote offerings, ensuring consistent messaging across departments.
- Establish and maintain a framework for internal communications to foster collaboration and brand alignment within the organization.
- Drive external communications strategies, including public relations, standardized presentations, client outreach, and industry event participation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine marketing approaches.
- Coordinate with design, content, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and brand metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or MEP industries.
- Strong understanding of brand management and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in website CMS platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with B2B marketing and technical product promotion.
- Familiarity with MEP industry trends and client segments.
- Graphic design and content creation skills are a plus.
