Dermalogica is seeking a Manager, Affiliate Marketing to lead and scale our affiliate and creator commerce ecosystem. You will work across Shop My, Amazon Creator Connections, Tik Tok Shop, and emerging platforms, driving EMV, traffic, and conversions for DTC and Amazon.
Based in Carson, Los Angeles, this hybrid role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams. A discretionary bonus plan is included.
