A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner, Oncology Navigation.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms and complications via telemedicine
- Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with onboarding RNs and oversee interdisciplinary case conferences
- Provide clinical oversight and direction to the case management team and ensure follow-up care
- At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, including 2 years in adult oncology and 1 year in telehealth
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Experience in a startup or tech-forward company is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organization
- Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records
