Perform visual and mechanical inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gages, bore gages, height gages, angle protractors, and optical comparators;
Conduct quality assessments on incoming materials, in-process parts, and outgoing products;
Verify parts and interpret blueprints for dimensional and visual checks;
Apply GD&T principles and metrology knowledge to inspections;
Initiate and address discrepancies or non-conformances and support root-cause analysis
