As a Product Integrity Associate on our Quality team, you'll help make sure the products and learning materials we sell are safe, reliable, and ready for learners. This is a great entry point into the world of product quality, with hands-on training and real responsibility from day one.
Aday on the job looks like this:
- Reviewing product profiles and identifying the applicable compliance testing requirements for each item
- Coordinating with third-party laboratories to book and track product testing submissions
- Reaching out to suppliers to request and follow up on product samples needed for evaluation
- Maintaining accurate, organized records of test reports and compliance documentation
- Supporting the Product Integrity team on department projects and continuous improvement initiatives
