Full Time Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Base+Commission/monthPROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for an amazing 304-unit apartment community located in Carson, CA.
- $21.00-$23.00 per hour/40 hours per week
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal.
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities, and turn prospects into residents
- Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies
- Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience
- Previous residential leasing experience preferred
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills
- Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills
- Familiar with rental application process and lease signings
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus
- One weekend day is required
