PRO Services Specialist

Pay Range: $17.97 - $21.30

Floor & Decor strives to be the one-stop destination for our professional clients (PRO customer) in the hard surface flooring contractor space. This position focuses on building relationships with our PRO customers and earning their trust, while helping grow their business. It reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports the execution of Floor & Decor's PRO priorities.

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: handle phone calls, manage orders, order follow-ups, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers and expand their participation in the PRO business.
• Guide PROs to sign up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program and demonstrate the benefits of the PRO APP.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions such as Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Coordinate and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities and collaborate on all store initiatives.
• Deliver effective program and benefit presentations.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills and a results‑oriented approach.
• Interact effectively at all levels across diverse cultures, multitask, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Travel up to 20% to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager as needed.
• Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives.

• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or higher is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual or other dominant local language is a plus.

This hourly position may include hours exceeding eight in a day and requires up to 20% travel. The employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment with moving vehicles. Noise level is typically moderate to noisy. Physical demands: exert 20–50 pounds of force occasionally, 10–25 pounds frequently, or a constant force up to 10 pounds to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects.

Requires occasional standing, walking, reaching with arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
