The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role that delivers exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. The role welcomes potential customers, promotes automotive services, builds strong relationships, and schedules service appointments. Transaction procedures are conducted with precision and efficiency to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer service within a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

Pay Range: $16.80 – $25.10

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandise, advertise and promote products and services.
• Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills as they relate to customer complaints.
• Must possess a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive company vehicles.
