Territory Manager

Job Summary

Heritage Landscape Supply is looking for a Territory Manager / Outside Sales expert to develop and expand a territory in the landscape/irrigation industry. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with repeat customers and collaborating with an inside sales support team and vendors to promote top‑of‑the‑line products and services.

• Establish and cultivate new and existing customer relationships
• Develop new business opportunities in the local landscape industry market
• Collaborate with inside sales support and vendors to promote products and services
• Learn and promote new products
• Work with vendors on sales promotions and programs in the marketplace
• Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan

• Proven track record of success in selling Landscape/Irrigation products in a B2B environment, managing a multi‑million‑dollar territory
• Demonstrated ability to grow your territory year‑over‑year
• Passion for empowering customers with the tools and products needed to boost their sales and earnings
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Self‑starter who embraces a culture of making money and having fun
• Ability to pass a criminal/driving background check and pre‑employment drug test
• Location requirement:
  Carson, CA area

Base salary $37,500–$75,000 annually, with additional compensation including commission, performance‑based bonuses, profit sharing, car allowance, fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses.
