Holman is a family‑owned, global automotive services organization. Porsche San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family!

Oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. Greets customers on the sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired. Explains features and benefits and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road. Researches availability of models using computer database. Works with Sales Managers and F&I and negotiates sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates.

• Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory.
• Deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle.
• Assist Sales Manager with customer problems.
• Negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

• Prior luxury brand dealership sales experience required.
• Clean driving record or minimal traffic violations.

This is a commission eligible role with a base salary enabling an average earning potential of $3,000–$10,000 per month, based on personal performance.
