Residential Sales Specialist

Residential Pest Management Sales Specialist – Selling pest control solutions to residential customers while maintaining high customer service.

• Assess customers' needs by performing a needs analysis based on concerns and product knowledge.
• Visually inspect homes and businesses for pests, harborage, and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with customer service center, Inside Sales, and technicians to increase opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with current base and service specialist engagement.
• Develop proposals to resolve existing pest issues and propose additional services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge for new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Track daily activities and sales performance via the company's Sales CRM.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Technical degree preferred.
• 1+ year(s) in sales or pest technician roles; preferably 1–2 years of pest control sales and 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Pest Industry certifications a plus.
• Effective verbal communicator with strong customer-facing skills and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

• Base pay range: $15.87–$28.27 per hour (or $21.00–$28.00 per hour depending on role level).
• Annual total earning potential after training: $62,300–$108,400, plus potential overtime, incentive, and commission.
