• Carpentry Skills – perform structural repairs caused by termite damage, including fascia boards, sheathing, eaves, rafters, siding, trim, roofing, sub‑floors, decks and patios.
• Customer Experience – communicate critical conditions to customers, discuss procedures and structural modifications that may be supplemental to the treatment process.
• Continuous Learning – receive comprehensive training; no prior pest control experience required.

• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order.
• Safely climb and use ladders.
• Be able to crawl through attics and sub‑areas.
• Work flexible hours, Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses or certificates as mandated by federal, state and local regulations.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Construction knowledge and experience required.

Hourly: $17.16 – $24.04
