We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customsclearances, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with customsregulations. You’ll work closely with clients, freight forwarders, and relatedparties to facilitate seamless import operations.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Customs Clearance Processing
:
Manage and process customs clearances forimports while strictly following customs regulations and company SOPs. - Importer Security Filing
:
Ensure timely and accurate Importer Security Filings(ISF) for shipments. - Shipment Tracking
:
Track and trace shipments to provide clients with updatedinformation. - Client Communication
:
Communicate effectively with clients, freightforwarders, and other stakeholders via email and phone. - Documentation& Archiving
:
Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation is archived. - Data Management & Reporting
:
Manage and update client data for reporting and analysis. - Billing& Invoicing
:
Handle timely billing and invoicing for clients. - Additional Duties
:
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mustbe able to commute to the office; hybrid options may be available.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work weekends or night shifts is a plus.
- Mustbe fluent in Korean

- High School Diploma or GED is required.
