Delivery drivers with great customer service skills can earn $14–$25 or more per hour including tips. Mileage reimbursement is also provided in addition to your hourly pay and tips. Many members of our management also started out as Delivery Experts, so there is plenty of opportunity to expand grow with the company.

We are currently seeking Delivery Experts for all of our Los Angeles County locations.

• Solid customer service skills
• Ability to hustle with a smile
• Have had a USA driving license for two years
• Excellent driving record
• A safe, clean and reliable vehicle
• Valid insurance
• Acceptable employment & personal history (background checks required)

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Deliver product by car then to the door of customer
• Deliver flyers and door hangers

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery

• Orientation and training provided on the job

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes and other delivery sites while carrying product

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
• Near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Most tasks performed from a standing position with short walking distances
• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds and stacking onto shelves up to 72” high
• Carrying large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough, and other items during delivery
• Driving within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requiring force up to 7.5 pounds
• Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently to perform maintenance tasks
• Reaching above 72” to operate ovens, change prices on signs, and handle low‑area tasks
