HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Class A or B CDL Operator to join their safety‑conscious team. The CDL Operator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC Industrial jobs across all service lines, supervises single‑task jobs, and completes turnarounds with management oversight at client sites in accordance with client, business, and company policies.

- Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer.
- Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, including ultra high‑pressure pumps.
- Energize specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, cutting equipment, and chemical cleaning equipment.
- Examine surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on company equipment.
- Perform duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines, and jet rodders.
- Direct a crew of vacuum technicians as required.
- Transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations.
- Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, driver’s logs, and comply with vehicle policies and DOT requirements.
- Load and unload hoses and dump vacuum truck at the site.
- Provide general maintenance in the field.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on‑the‑job training, and essential experience gained on other jobs.
- English language proficiency sufficient to understand safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
- Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B, and compliance with company driving policy.
- Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device.
- Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required.
- Knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
- Experience operating a vacuum truck.
- Working knowledge of equipment used in wet and dry vacuums.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Class A or B CDL license required.
- HAZMAT and tanker endorsements preferred.
