Energy Transport Logistics is seeking a self‑motivated individual who can work in a fast‑paced environment and is able to multitask. This individual will be a key point of contact in a collaborative operational and driver team environment, providing calm and effective problem‑solving with strong communication and interpersonal skills in managing driver schedules and optimizing routings.

• Manifest Creation – Prepare daily PM work and necessary run schedules.
• Act as main point of contact for drivers, brokers, agents, and sometimes customers as loads are received or delivered.
• Coordinate with drivers to manage airport recoveries and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and other stations to schedule and execute shipment loads.
• Assign drivers, equipment, and daily routes.
• Track driver daily progress, safety, and assist in monitoring Hours of Service.
• Track shipment lifecycle, entering updates into TMS and other required software.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers to provide route instructions, updates, special service requirements, cut‑off times, and problem resolution.
• Assist with DOT, TSA, and OSHA compliance processes and paperwork handling.
• Perform dispatch administration duties: document organization, labeling, record/log keeping, emails, and phone answering as needed.
• Manage materials and product inventory.
• Flag potential issues to re‑route if necessary or obtain additional support or equipment.
• Communicate effectively with sister terminal locations to ensure freight is delivered safely and on time.
• Ensure the AM team has everything they need for the next shift.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Update OSD notes and report to supervisor.

• Strong understanding of MS Office programs and freight operating systems such as AS400, Alpha Truck, TMW, and Freight Data.
• Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Relevant experience may include cartage, transportation, moving companies, customer service, logistics, linehaul, intermodal, warehouse, ground operations, and dispatching air and ocean services.
