Partners Personnel is urgently hiring Clamp Forklift Operators in Carson, CA! We’re currently filling in a limited number of openings and looking for candidates who are ready to move forward.
Position: Clamp Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Hours:
- 1st Shift: Starting at 5:30 AM
- 2nd Shift: Starting at 3:00 PM + Differential Bonus

- 2nd Shift: Starting at 3:00 PM + Differential Bonus
Peak Season Bonus: $50 per week
Location: Carson, CA
Job Responsibilities:- Operate forklift Clamp equipment to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using clamp equipment
- Stack and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations while maintaining proper load balance, clearance, and equipment control
- Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of products is loaded
- Load, unload, stack, retrieve, and transport palletized and non-palletized materials using clamp equipment
- Complete and pass a forklift safety video, written knowledge test, and hands‑on equipment evaluation
- Minimum 2 years of previous Clamp Forklift experience
- Experience operating a sit‑down or stand‑up forklift equipped with clamp attachments
- Certified or previously Certified forklift operator is preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while operating powered industrial equipment
