As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is passionate about operational excellence. We're looking for someone hands‑on to oversee the daily operations of our Distribution Center while serving as the lead for our warehouse systems, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment processes. You'll lead by example, coaching associates, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every order is processed accurately and efficiently.

• Supervise warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and order fulfillment.
• Serve as the primary operational resource for our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring inventory and order data remain accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate daily workflow and priorities to maximize productivity while maintaining top quality and service standards.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments daily to ensure all orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Partner closely with CS, Planning, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues quickly and maintain seamless order fulfillment.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and safety‑focused culture.
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations to maintain inventory integrity.
• Analyze warehouse performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, onboarding, performance management, and day‑to‑day leadership of the warehouse team.
• Open and close as needed and serve as the Warehouse Manager's operational partner during peak periods and absences.

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience in luxury retail, fashion, apparel, accessories, or CPG preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience with proven ability to lead, motivate, and train teams.
• Extensive experience working within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management processes.
• Knowledge in Net Suite and Ship Hero is a plus.
• Proven track record overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Strong proficiency improving warehouse workflows, SOPs, performance metrics and operational processes.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
