Shipping and Receiving Associate

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ASSOCIATE IN CARSON, CA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in Carson, CA. This individual will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments. Knowledgeable in parcel and LTL receiving and preparing outbound orders for shipping, as well as performing accurate data entry in warehouse management systems and customer portals. The ideal candidate will possess forklift capabilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Starting at $21/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Located in Carson, IL

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Knowledgeable in parcel and LTL receiving and preparing outbound orders for shipping.
• Perform accurate data entry in warehouse management systems and customer portals.
• Track shipments and update records as needed.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, shipping updates, and delivery issues.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

• Forklift capabilities are a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in CFS operations and air and ocean receiving a plus
