Warehouse Associate — General Warehouse

You will help keep a high-volume distribution operation running smoothly by performing general warehouse labor and value-added services that support order accuracy and on-time shipments. You will work onsite in a day-shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment; this is a temp-to-hire role where reliable attendance and dependability directly impact your success.

Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:

• Devan containers, restack product, and lump freight by hand
• Perform value-added services: open master packs and build custom product kits to customer specification
• Pack, label, and stage finished product for shipment
• Support cleaning and restacking as directed
• Follow all safety and food-safety protocols daily

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Prior warehouse or production experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates considered
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive manual work for a full shift
• Attention to detail on kit builds and counts
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Must wear orange reflective safety vest and enclosed-toe shoes for facility entry
• Ability to comply with GFSI food-safety standards (no food, gum, or cough drops in the warehouse; water only at designated hydration stations)
• Badge access required at all times

Pay range: $17.71/hour
