You will support operational accuracy and on-time shipments by managing data and documentation across warehouse and transportation systems. In this desk-and-floor hybrid role you will work onsite in Carson, CA, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (with occasional overtime), interacting with leadership, carriers, and customers to keep inventory and shipping processes running smoothly.

• Enter and maintain data in WMS and TMS systems to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy
• Produce and distribute shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork
• Handle basic customer and carrier communication to resolve routine issues
• Support leadership with reporting and documentation to drive operational visibility
• Assist with general warehouse tasks on the floor as volume requires

• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn WMS/TMS platforms quickly
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, and adherence to GFSI food-safety standards

• Prior warehouse clerical, shipping office, or logistics admin experience (preferred)
