What You’ll Be Doing:- Master the Inventory:
Keep incoming and outgoing stock locked down, accurately counted, properly labeled, and perfectly tracked. - Design the Layout:
Flex your spatial skills to maximize every inch of warehouse space for safe, ultra-efficient movement. - Quality Champion:
Keep standards high by inspecting gear, catching defects, and working directly with leadership to solve issues. - Gearhead Maintenance:
Keep our machinery—forklifts, pallet jacks, and equipment—running smoothly and safely. - Safety & Team Captain:
Enforce top-tier safety standards, lead team trainings, and champion a zero-injury environment. - Problem Solver Extraordinaire:
Spot operational bottlenecks, inventory mismatches, or supply hiccups before they happen and save the day.
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent).
- Smart Operations IQ:
Solid background in production processes, quality control, and health/safety regulations. - Software Savvy:
Hands-on experience with production management systems. - Top-Notch Vibe:
Stellar communication and leadership skills to motivate a diverse team and handle fast-paced deadlines like a pro.

Full-time, Regular, Non-Exempt (Hourly) - Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing items, perform regular inventory counts, and ensure proper storage and labeling.
- Warehouse Organization: Arrange layout for optimal space usage and safe, efficient movement of goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or quality issues; report or resolve problems with the Logistical Supervisor.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of inventory, orders, and shipments, generating management reports as needed.
- Safety & Training: Enforce safety protocols, conduct staff safety training, and maintain a secure environment.
- Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and shipping to ensure operational flow and resolve issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks are well-maintained and report needed repairs.
- Problem Solving: Resolve delays, inventory discrepancies, or supply shortages.
