Registered Behavior Technician; RBT​/Behavior Technician

Pay: $20–$30 per hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule / After‑school hours

Setting: Home‑based cases / Clinic cases

As aBehavior

Technician or Registered Behavior Technician  (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment andbehaviorintervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positivebehavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
  
  If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
