Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery in New Jersey is seeking a Quality Systems Technician to support our food safety program and BRCGS certification. You’ll work closely with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure products meet our quality standards.
This role covers evening and overnight shifts (3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM), audit prep, recordkeeping, CCP monitoring, and collaboration across functions to maintain GMP compliance.
