Perform preventive maintenance inspections, calibrations, and service on machines, pumps, motors, HVAC units;
Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enter, track, and close work orders, update equipment records, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules;
Identify, document, and report damaged, worn, or malfunctioning parts and recommend corrective actions;
Conduct minor electrical troubleshooting and installations, including outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures;
Collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
