Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information with exceptional customer service within the Transcon Department;
Consolidate and route shipments based on profitability and customer expectations;
Coordinate pickups and deliveries of location shipments;
Enter data accurately into the operational system and monitor active shipments for key milestones;
Interact with customers and service providers to provide milestone updates and troubleshoot; maintain relationships and meet KPI standards
