Job Overview:

The driver management specialist is responsible for the performance evaluation, data analysis, operational optimization, and driver retention strategy of the e-commerce end delivery fleet. Iterative evaluation through data insights. Estimate indicators, optimize business processes, design incentive plans, increase driver participation, reduce the loss of excellent drivers, and improve overall end of pipe delivery efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Output driver performance evaluation data by week, month, and year dimensions, complete trend analysis and performance benchmarking.

2. Identify business pain points, efficiency bottlenecks, and improve Lin Jihui through driver evaluation data analysis, and implement targeted optimization solutions.

3. Based on business changes, operational needs, and industry practices, dynamically iterate and optimize driver performance as evaluation indicators and criteria.

4. The collaborative product team promotes the productization and automation of the driver evaluation data system, simplifies the data output process, and improves data operation efficiency.

5. Design, iterate, and implement incentive and retention plans for delivery drivers to enhance driver loyalty and satisfaction, and reduce the voluntary turnover rate of high-performance drivers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics, mathematics, computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or other related fields of science and engineering.

2. Proficient in Excel, able to handle large-scale datasets, complete complex data analysis and visualization output;
Experienced in big data processing and highly sensitive to data.

3. Proficient in logical thinking, excellent in written and oral communication, and possessing a strong sense of cross team collaboration.

4. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English
