As a Service Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for riders who trust us to keep their Harley-Davidson motorcycles performing at their best. This role is fast‑paced, customer‑focused, and perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and delivering an exceptional experience from the moment a customer walks in or calls.

Responsibilities- Schedule service appointments, and more, to assist with our daily operations
- Follow up calls
- Appointment verifications
- Quotes
- File and organize work orders
- Call lists
- Contract approvals
- Take photos
- Take videos
- Good communication, customer service, and computer skills
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is preferred but not required
- An excellent income includes salary + commission
- Training
