We are looking for experienced educators to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. The position of Director requires comprehensive knowledge of local childcare staffing and licensing requirements as well as the ability to manage a large school through strong leadership and organization, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills. Your day is spent managing two key areas:
Relationships and the Facility. A commitment to making the site successful through empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families, team members, regulatory agencies, and the local community is essential. Directors are responsible for managing their assigned site in all areas of staffing, enrollment, and the physical facility. Your day may be filled with hiring, hosting enrollment events, scheduling maintenance, budgeting and reporting, staff development, or addressing parent or licensing questions.
