Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher who is ready to take ownership of a classroom and make a meaningful, lasting impact.

Position Details:

Full-time position (Monday – Friday, schedule to be discussed)

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare setting (toddler experience required)
Strong understanding of two-year-old development, routines, and behavior guidance
Experience in a lead teacher or primary classroom role
Current CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred)
CDA or TCC in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

What You'll Do:

Take the lead in managing a two-year-old classroom, including routines and expectations

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Build strong, professional relationships with families and coworkers
