Overview
Hanwha Qcells Georgia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our Finance Department. This position will play a key role in managing the company’s cash planning, liquidity reporting, and overall treasury operations to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
DescriptionThe Treasury Specialist will assist Senior Treasury Specialist to develop and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts, analyze financial data for management reporting, and support daily treasury activities such as fund transfers, bank reconciliation, and payment coordination.
Responsibilities- Prepare and update weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to support short-term and long-term financial planning.
- Perform cash position analysis and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and improve treasury reporting tools to enhance visibility of cash movements and balances.
- Analyze treasury data and prepare management reports summarizing cash performance, variances, and projections.
- Assist in implementing cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize idle balances.
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.
- Collaborate with various teams including Procurement team to ensure accurate cash forecasting and payment scheduling.
- Perform other treasury-related duties as needed, including vendor payment coordination and fund allocation tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and banking processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Take ownership of core treasury planning and reporting responsibilities in a global manufacturing environment.
- Gain exposure to diverse treasury operations, including cash forecasting, and fund transfers.
- Be part of a collaborative, bilingual, and growth-focused finance team.
