Plant Controller

Our client is looking to add a plant controller to their team, this is a perfect role for someone who is would like to take their next step in a leadership position.

As Plant Controller, you will shape financial strategy and directly influence business outcomes:

• Lead monthly financial close activities, account reconciliations, and in-depth variance analysis
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and historical trends to surface actionable insights
• Prepare executive-level reports
  , cash flow analyses, and leadership presentations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting to keep the business on track
• Support internal and external audits
  , including SOX compliance activities
• Oversee fixed assets
  , depreciation schedules, and lease accounting
• Champion process improvement across accounting procedures and internal controls
• Partner with operations leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging business trends
• Contribute to strategic finance initiatives and special projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience (required)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• ERP system proficiency (SAP experience is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
