This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cartersville, GA, for a Financial Analyst. As a Financial Analyst, you will handle financial planning, analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and develop robust financial strategies. You will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring budgets, and assisting in decision-making processes to support the company's goals and optimize financial performance.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and developing strategic financial initiatives
• CPA required
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Solid knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in sectors such as construction, mining, or equity investments is a plus
• 10+ years of experience required, 2+ years required with companies over $150MM in revenue
