Up to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

This Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting activities using Net Suite and other financial tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing approximately 100 AP invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness
• Handling cash applications, posting cash, and reconciling accounts
• Working closely with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination
• Assisting in extending and managing customer lines of credit
• Processing payroll for approximately 50 employees (salary and hourly)
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports
• Utilizing systems such as Net Suite and Ramp for financial operations

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with Net Suite strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AP, AR, payroll, and expense management processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
