Chase Staffing is currently hiring a Financial Analyst in the Cartersville, GA area.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting business operations through financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
This role analyzes financial, operational, and inventory data to identify trends, improve business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
Schedule:
On-site position - 3 days a week - You can choose the days. | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Has the potential to become a full time role.
- Analyze financial, operational, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel
- Investigate financial and operational variances
- Assist with inventory analysis and reconciliation
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to support business initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain detailed documentation of analyses
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with inventory analysis preferred
- Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking skills
- Data-driven and detail-oriented
- Works well independently and collaboratively across departments
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
- Passionate about continuous improvement and process optimization
- On-site position in an open office environment
- Regular collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
