Job Details
• Work as a float RN across all critical care units and the Emergency Department within the hospital,
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00),
• Every other weekend required,
• No on-call responsibilities,
• Required to float throughout the hospital within scope of practice,
Job Requirements
• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand at the time of consideration,
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU or critical care experience required,
• Two supervisory references, manager or above, required for consideration,
• First-time travelers are accepted,
Additional Information
• Must be flexible to work major holidays as scheduled; if one major holiday falls within the assignment, you are expected to work it; if two, both must be worked; if three, two must be worked,
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed during contract,
• No blocked scheduling permitted,
• Locals are accepted at the same rate,
• Must complete required compliance documentation and scheduling for labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure on-time start,
• Full compliance required to begin assignment; failure to comply will result in a start date delay,
• Must be away from all Piedmont facilities for at least 1 full year to return as a traveler,
• Modules required during orientation and are non-billable,
