Position: (Korean bilingual) HR & Office Administrator

We are seeking an HR & Office Administrator to support daily HR operations, staffing coordination, office administration, and employee onboarding. This role works closely with staffing agencies, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth workforce andoffice operations.

This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented,and comfortable handling both HR coordination and office support tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with staffing agencies for sourcing,screening, and onboarding temporary/contract employees
  • Manage new hire onboarding and process employee paperwork in HRIS
  • Review and verify employeetimecards for accuracy
  • Support workplace safety programs and assist with emergency evacuation training
  • Maintain office supplies,assets, and vendor coordination
  • Manage corporate apartment lease programs, including tenant onboarding, records, and landlord coordination
  • Track and process office and employee-related expenses
  • Support general HR and office administration tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HR, staffing coordination, oroffice administration preferred
  • Strong organizational andtime-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Korean (required)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
