The Website Project Manager will play a central role in the redesign and rebuild of
one of our websites, serving as the connective thread between IT, Digital Marketing,
Product Development, Creative/Communications and Global teams. This role
oversees the planning, organization, and execution of multiphase website content
development—ensuring that new and migrated pages are prioritized, fully content ready,
and delivered on schedule phase website content development.
This role will manage four major batches of website content (each with roughly 50–100
pages), coordinate with 2–3 digital team (USA) & global members responsible for page
builds, and maintain visibility across deadlines, dependencies, stakeholder needs, and
helping to build out pages. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments,
brings structure to complex workflows, and ensures seamless communication between
content creators, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
In addition to the website project management, this person will also assist in the Sales Force Account Engagement email marketing and the implementation of upgrades while a Marketing Manager is on maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the central liaison across I.T., Digital Marketing, Product Development, Creative/Communications and Global regions for all website related activities.
- Translate business requirements into clear content and page-building requirements.
- Prioritize pages within each of four content batches, ensuring sequencing aligns with project timelines and cross-team goals.
- Identify missing content, new page needs, and gaps requiring clarification or additional assets.
- Build and publish website pages directly within the CMS, alongside managing work assigned to other page builders.
- Execute page builds for new, migrated, and updated content using approved templates, components, and design standards.
- Ensure pages are properly structured for UX, SEO, accessibility, and performance.
- Support page updates, fixes, and optimizations on the existing website while the redesign is in progress.
- Partners with Product Development and Creative/Communications teams to source missing copy, product data, photography, documents, and other needed assets.
- Ensure all content meets brand, UX, SEO, and accessibility guidelines before delivery to development.
